Lazer Chassis Clients Enjoy Stellar 2018 Racing Season
Company Prepares for Busy Tradeshow Schedule and 2019 Season

Jonestown, Pennsylvania (11/07/18 ) – With the 2018 season in the books, Pennsylvania’s Lazer Chassis is proud to recognize all of the great accomplishments by their clients.

Six Lazer Chassis Late Model pilots combined to collect eight track championships this season. Chad Homan double dipped with titles at Ontario’s Humberstone Speedway and New York’s Outlaw Speedway, while Doug Surra also doubled his pleasure with championships at Pennsylvania’s Hummingbird Speedway and New York’s Thunder Mountain Speedway.

Other track champions included Bryan Bernheisel at Selinsgrove Speedway (Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania), Steve Fairbanks at Michigan’s Thunderbird Raceway, Danny Snyder at Grandview Speedway (Bechtelsville, Pennsylvania), and David White with the RUSH Late Model Track Championship at Delaware International Speedway (Delmar, Delaware).

In total, Lazer Chassis drivers recorded 55 victories with New York’s Chad Homan leading the way with 14 triumphs. The client victories were distributed across North America – from California to New York to Ontario – in Super Late Model, Limited Late Model, and Crate Late Model competition.

“We couldn’t be prouder of what our clients accomplished in 2018,” noted Lazer Chassis’ Jim Bernheisel. “Not only did our clients claim several wins and championships, but it seemed like even when they didn’t win that they were in contention almost every night. Our chassis company focuses more on quality than volume, so we don’t have as many cars out there as some. However, we are proud knowing that the cars we put out there can line up with anyone on any given night.”

The company is getting set to unveil a brand-new design for 2019. The Lazer Chassis Engineered to Win (ETW) Chassis has been under extensive testing and development throughout the 2018 season. It will be unveiled during the annual Performance Racing Industry (PRI) tradeshow, which will be held December 6-8 in Indianapolis. The new car will be on display at Booth #4433.

“We’ve put countless hours in both the shop and at the track into developing this new car, and it’s definitely our best chassis to date,” Bernheisel declared. “We’ve also taken the feedback from our clients on what they’d like to see in a new car and incorporated it into our own notes. I have no doubt that the on-track results will speak for themselves.”

Lazer Chassis also takes great pride in producing cars at a lower price, while also maintaining superior quality.

“We want to see racing continue to thrive for decades to come, so we do all that we can to keep costs low without sacrificing top-notch quality,” Bernheisel continued. “For example, our Stage 5 complete roller retails for $25,000. A comparable piece from our competitors will cost considerably more. In our sport, you hear complaints all the time about cost. While racing is always going to be an expensive sport, we don't feel it needs to be as expensive as it has gotten, so we are trying to do our part to help remedy the problem.

Lazer Chassis is now busily preparing for not only 2019 campaign, but also a bevy of off-season tradeshows. In addition to having a chassis at their own booth at the PRI tradeshow, Lazer Chassis will have a Bryan Bernheisel cutaway car on display at the Goodridge booth.

November 16-17 will find Lazer Chassis at the Northeast Racing Products Auction, Tradeshow, and Swap Meet in Syracuse, New York. They will have a Stage 3 car in the auction.

On January 18-20, 2019 they will have a booth at the Motorsports Racecar & Tradeshow at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, Pennsylvania.

Also, mark your calendars for Saturday, January 26, 2019 as there will be an Open House and Trade Show at Lazer Chassis/ Bernheisel Race Cars. There will be reps from multiple companies on hand along with several drivers. Free shock dyno services, new product demonstrations, free food and drinks, and more are all part of the event.

Then on Sunday, January 27 the annual Lazer Chassis Seminar will be held. The seminar will include extensive information on everything from car setup to shock and spring tuning to suspension configuration.

Visit www.LazerChassis.com for more information on both the Open House and the Lazer Chassis Seminar.

“We always enjoy the tradeshows because it gives us a chance to get out and talk with our customers. We’re so very grateful for all of the racers who support our products, and we’re always willing to do whatever we can to help them reach their goals,” Bernheisel concluded
