Even staunch repubs admitted that Dr. Ford came off as more reserved, more believable and more balanced than Kavanaugh did. Mr. Kavanaugh came across as very angry, belligerent, and totally unbelievable. That was not the fault of Dr. Ford. He obviously resented the hearing. We'll see where this all winds up. However it winds up I believe that the credibility of Kavanaugh will forever be questioned no matter who is asking the questions. Is this the best that lil' donnie can come up with for a SCOTUS nominee?

And the investigations continue. And they have nothing to do with any "witch hunt."

Ford admitted that she was untruthful about her ability to fly. The reason why Ford came away looking calm is that the GOP treated her with kid gloves. No one really went after her even after she admitted that she lied about flying.

Key thing we learned were that Ford said only 4 people had a copy of her letter. Herself, her attorney, her congressional representative and the DNC leaders in the committee. She stated neither her or her attorney released the letter to press. Which leaves only the DNC leadership on the committee.

We also learned that her attorney and Feinstein mislead her. She did not have to fly to DC to give testimony as it could have been done over live video streaming from her home town. Attorney may have even committed malpractice by withholding that information from her.

While under personal attack over and over again Kavanaugh did not crack and never allowed the DNC committee members to put words into his mouth or never misspoke or gave them any bulletin board materials.

BUT the most telling thing which came out of yesterday is that Feinstein sat on this information since July then it was leaked to the media. But the FBI did do a background check on the charges and presented the information to the committee for investigating and the dem members of the committee refused to take part in the committees investigation.

1 of the 2 was lying their @ss off yesterday. If Donald Trump is truly the President of law and order, he will direct an FBI investigation to find out who committed perjury. Both parties should submit to polygraphs and all witnesses should be interviewed under oath. There were a lot of names a details given yesterday, and having qualified personnel investigating this should bring some light to this issue. Do you agree Midge?

So far at least 3 women say he's a pervert. Now a Republican classmate from college says he routinely got falling-down drunk. None of these people have anything to gain and have already faced death threats and repercussion publicly and privately. Kavanaugh, on the other hand, stands to gain a lifetime appointment to the court, a quarter-million dollar annual salary, and a lifetime of perks and advantages. Certainly seems that one side stands more to gain by lying.

It also didn't help Kavanaugh when he came out blaming libs, Democrats and the Clintons for his problems yesterday when he's interviewing for a neutral, non-partisan court position. He's already proven he holds a grudge and has lost all ability to be impartial.

If he he actually does get confirmed, his life is about to be miserable. He's already complained about how unhappy he and his family are. It's in his best interest to withdraw his nomination.

And the witnesses she claimed saw it happen all said they do not recall it happening.

What we need to know is what did Shelia Jackson Lee hand Ford's attorney during break in the hearings. Handed him an envelope and he quickly put in in his inside coat pocket.

BTW even Wikileaks is unable to find out who paid for the polygraph. Since Fords has no idea who paid for it.

Compared to Ginsburg who has openly criticized a sitting President.

Dr. Ford came across as cool, calm and collective while dumbo Kavanaugh came out as angry, belligerent, hateful and a downright azzhole as many of his former acquaintances and classmates describe him. That said, he'll probably be seated in the SCOTUS. That will be a terrifically sad day in the history of the USA.

And the investigations continue,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
