http://www.ijreview.com/2015/06/347442-the-epa-is-forcing-more-ethanol-into-gas-tanks-across-the-country-heres-how-it-will-affect-you/?utm_source=Facebook&utm_medium=Owned&utm_term=conservativedaily&utm_campaign=Politics

Who likes the ideal of increasing ethanol content to E15?
How many of you own flex fuel vehicles?
Should needed food be used to make less efficient, engine damaging fuel?
Where did this nonsense originate?

Farm subsidies and big agri.

No it should not. Ethanol mixed in fuel is crap.

I'm all for alternative fuels that work, but the more ethanol they add, the worse my car runs.

Right on. True words. I'm all for alternative fuels that work also, ethanol does not.

Wonder which presidential candidate(s) are in favor of ending ethanol subsidies?

If ethanol were worth a crap, it would stand on its own....if the gubmint doesn't give subsidies, the corporate farms would drop it like a hot horse shoe . I look at cars these days with the manufactures bragging about the fuel mileage they get, except in most cases, on economy cars the fuel mileage was better ten years ago.... in some cases more then ten yrs ago. I had a 98 Toyota that did an easy 40, all the time, my son in law has a 2005 Toyota that gets an easy 40 now and the new cars just like his are bragging about a "HIGH" of 37MPG.... Same thing with VW Diesel, the Golf has dropped almost 10 MPG from the early 2000's..... this is the EPA requirements causing the problems, how can a car getting worse fuel mileage be better for the environment? I have a 72 Dodge that will get 18 to 20 MPG all day long, carbureted, no cat or any of the EPA crap.... once again, ita a follow the money deal. Climbing off soap box now....

The most idiotic thing in the world is trying to produce energy from a food staple. More pain in the food isle coming up. As if food prices already have not gone up enough.

Well, since you asked ...

I don't really have an opinion. So no argument from me.

Either you agree with ethanol subsidies or you don't.
Surely you have an opinion on this issue.

Do you own flex fuel vehicles?

My take on it? Ethanol is not good for my lawnmower. My cars and truck seem to do fine with it. Even my lawnmower does OK if I put 1/2oz fuel stabilizer in each little tankful.

VOTE FOR DAVE!!!!!!! Toodleloo!!!!!!!

You enjoy stirring the pot, don't you? You get off on getting in a little jab here and there, don't you. You are the very definition of a troll. You must have a pretty boring life to do all this searching, and digging up old subjects. That's just sad, and I do have sympathy for you.
Well, Mr. sheep without a shepherd, I have some news for you. There is no gotcha on this old post.
I 100% disagree with Donald Trump on this subject. He is WRONG on this one. Still, he is a great president who is doing great things for my country, and I will vote for him once again without hesitation.

See how easy it is to be honest, and tell the truth. You should try it sometime.
