Crossville, Tennessee (06/12/18 ) – Jesse Lowe recorded the second win of 2018 in his Xtreme Pressure Washing #5j Baisley’s Body Shop/ XR1 Rocket Chassis Late Model on Friday night. The Tennessee racer topped the Late Model action at Crossville Speedway.

“Our team really needed this weekend, because the first part of this year has been a little bit of a struggle for us. This gives us a major confidence boost.,” Lowe said. “We had a great car on Friday night at Crossville Speedway, and then we were good again on Saturday at Tazewell (Speedway), but we just needed a long green flag run. We’ll take this momentum and move onto the next events.”

In the driver’s seat of the Oliver Racing Engines #5j Crate Late Model, Jesse Lowe traveled to Crossville Speedway (Crossville, Tennessee) on Friday evening to do battle in the Weekly Racing Series Event. After laying down the fastest time in qualifying, Lowe topped the field in the feature to pick up his second win of the season over Brandon Williams, Josh Henry, Zach Shannon, and Deke Waters.

The following night at Tazewell Speedway (Tazewell, Tennessee) – for the United Championship Racing Alliance sanctioned program – Lowe followed up the seventh fastest time in a field of 23 cars with a runner-up finish in his heat race behind Michael Courtney.

Earning the sixth-starting position for the $3,000-to-win A-Main, Jesse gained three spots in the 50-lap affair to finish third behind Anthony White and Jimmy Elliott with Pierce McCarter and Jody Horton completing the Top-5 finishers.
